Shipping Policy

Most JANE DOPE pieces are made to order to reduce overproduction and waste.

Production

• Most orders are made and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
• If a product requires a longer production time, we'll note it on the product page or contact you directly.

Shipping

• Shipping begins once production is complete.
• Shipping averages approximately 10 days, depending on your destination and carrier.
• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping applies automatically when your cart reaches the qualifying threshold for your market.
• Your current free-shipping goal is shown in your cart in the currency available for your market.

Tracking

• Tracking is included with your shipment.
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
• You can follow your shipment directly through the carrier using that tracking number.

International Orders

• International shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.
• Any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges will depend on your destination and checkout conditions.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help investigate it with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have destination restrictions based on the item, carrier, size, or weight. Any applicable restrictions will be shown during checkout where available.
