Returns & Refunds
Many Jane Dope pieces are made-to-order (made after you place your order). Because of this, made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds for change-of-mind.
Store Credit (Fit / Change-of-Mind)
If it doesn’t fit the way you expected, you can request store credit.
- Request within: 14 days of delivery
- Eligible items must be: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no scents, no damage
- Resolution: store credit (issued after the return is received and inspected OR images received)
- Return shipping: customer is responsible unless the item is defective or we made an error
Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number + clear photos
- We’ll offer a replacement or store credit (depending on the issue and availability)
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, store credit, or replacement.
