Returns & Refunds

Many Jane Dope pieces are made-to-order (made after you place your order). Because of this, made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds for change-of-mind.

Store Credit (Fit / Change-of-Mind)

If it doesn’t fit the way you expected, you can request store credit.

  • Request within: 14 days of delivery
  • Eligible items must be: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no scents, no damage
  • Resolution: store credit (issued after the return is received and inspected OR images received)
  • Return shipping: customer is responsible unless the item is defective or we made an error

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number + clear photos
  • We’ll offer a replacement or store credit (depending on the issue and availability)
