DOPE DEALER PROGRAM TERMS

Welcome to the Jane Dope Dope Dealer Program.

The Dope Dealer Program is an affiliate program operated by Jane Dope Inc. (“Jane Dope,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to, joining, or participating in the program, you (“Dealer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these terms.

1. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Approved Dope Dealers receive access to affiliate tools that may include a unique referral link, custom product links and a personal promotional code.

Under the current standard Dope Dealer program:

Dealer commission: 10%
Customer discount: 10%

Commission is calculated on the eligible merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and excludes taxes, shipping, refunds, returns, cancellations and other ineligible amounts.

Program rates and benefits may change from time to time. Any changes apply according to the terms communicated by Jane Dope.

2. WHO CAN BECOME A DOPE DEALER

Applications are reviewed and approved by Jane Dope.

You must provide accurate information when applying and maintain accurate account and payment information.

Acceptance into the program is at Jane Dope's discretion. Participation does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, agency or other employment relationship with Jane Dope. Dealers participate as independent affiliates.

3. YOUR DISCOUNT CODE + AFFILIATE LINKS

Your Dealer code and affiliate links are provided to help you refer new and existing customers to Jane Dope.

You may share them through channels such as social media, websites, blogs, email, text messages or direct recommendations, provided your activity complies with these Terms and applicable laws and platform rules.

You may create links to individual Jane Dope products using the tools available in your Dealer portal.

Your code and links may not be used in misleading advertising, spam, unauthorized paid advertising, coupon-code websites or other methods Jane Dope considers abusive or inconsistent with the program.

4. COMMISSIONS

Approved Dealers currently earn 10% commission on eligible referred sales.

A sale must be properly attributed to your Dealer account through the tracking methods supported by the program.

Commission is not earned on amounts attributable to:

  • taxes;

  • shipping charges;

  • cancelled orders;

  • refunded or returned merchandise;

  • fraudulent or unauthorized transactions; or

  • transactions otherwise determined to be ineligible.

If commission has already been credited on an order that is later refunded, returned, cancelled or charged back, the corresponding commission may be deducted from your balance or future earnings.

5. PAYOUTS

The current minimum payout threshold is $10.

Dealers are responsible for providing accurate payment information, including the correct PayPal email where applicable.

Jane Dope is not responsible for delays or failed payments resulting from incorrect payment information supplied by a Dealer.

Dealers are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations or other financial obligations associated with their affiliate earnings.

6. YOUR 10% CUSTOMER DISCOUNT

Your personal Dealer code currently gives eligible customers 10% off eligible Jane Dope merchandise.

Dealer discounts may not apply to every product, promotion, subscription or special offer and may not always combine with other discounts.

Jane Dope may exclude particular products or collections from Dealer discounts or temporarily change discount eligibility when required.

7. SELF-REFERRALS

The Dope Dealer Program is designed to reward you for referring customers to Jane Dope, not to function as a personal discount program.

Dealers may not earn commission on their own purchases or attempt to circumvent this rule by using alternate accounts, payment methods or other methods intended primarily to generate commission on personal purchases.

8. PROMOTING JANE DOPE

We want you to sound like you.

You are welcome to create original content featuring Jane Dope and share Jane Dope materials that we have specifically provided or authorized for Dealer use.

However, Dealers may not:

  • make false or misleading claims about Jane Dope or its products;

  • misrepresent prices, discounts or promotions;

  • pretend to be Jane Dope or an employee of Jane Dope;

  • create accounts, websites or domains that could reasonably be mistaken for official Jane Dope properties;

  • alter Jane Dope creative in a way that materially misrepresents a product;

  • send unsolicited spam;

  • use deceptive sales practices; or

  • engage in conduct that could reasonably harm Jane Dope, its customers or its reputation.

9. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Don't hide the bag.

When posting affiliate content, clearly disclose that you may earn commission when someone shops through your link or code.

Your disclosure should be easy for your audience to notice and understand and must comply with applicable advertising laws, regulations and platform requirements.

Examples may include language such as:

“Jane Dope affiliate”
“I earn commission when you shop my link.”
“Affiliate link.”

Dealers are responsible for making the appropriate disclosures for the platforms and jurisdictions in which they publish.

10. JANE DOPE CONTENT + INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Jane Dope names, logos, artwork, photography, product imagery, graphics and other brand assets remain the property of Jane Dope or their respective rights holders.

Participation in the Dope Dealer Program gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use authorized Jane Dope brand materials solely to promote Jane Dope through the program.

It does not transfer ownership of Jane Dope intellectual property to you.

If you leave or are removed from the program, Jane Dope may require you to stop using program-specific brand materials.

11. PAID ADS + SEARCH

Unless Jane Dope provides written permission, Dealers may not purchase search advertising, social advertising or other paid media using Jane Dope trademarks, brand names or confusingly similar terms for the purpose of earning affiliate commission.

In particular, Dealers should not compete with Jane Dope's own advertising by bidding on terms such as Jane Dope or other Jane Dope brand names.

Organic social content is encouraged.

12. GIFTING + HIGHER DEALER TIERS

Dope Dealers who generate sales, create strong content or otherwise demonstrate an active relationship with the brand may be invited to additional Jane Dope programs.

These opportunities may include:

product gifting, higher commission rates, early access, campaigns, events and other collaborations.

Participation in the standard Dope Dealer Program does not guarantee free product, gifting, paid collaborations or admission to another program.

Invitations are made at Jane Dope's discretion.

Move the dope. Get noticed. Get gifted.

13. FRAUD + PROGRAM ABUSE

Jane Dope may withhold or reverse commissions associated with suspected fraud, fake transactions, self-referrals, manipulation of tracking systems, unauthorized discount distribution or other abuse of the program.

Accounts engaged in program abuse may be suspended or removed.

14. LEAVING THE PROGRAM

You can stop participating in the Dope Dealer Program at any time.

Jane Dope may also suspend or terminate a Dealer account or the program itself at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misleading promotion or conduct inconsistent with the Jane Dope brand.

Valid unpaid commissions earned before termination will be handled according to the applicable program rules, subject to adjustments for refunds, returns, fraud and other ineligible transactions.

15. PROGRAM CHANGES

Jane Dope may update the Dope Dealer Program, including commission rates, customer discounts, payout requirements, eligible products, program features and these Terms.

Material changes may be communicated through the Dealer portal, email or other reasonable means.

Continued participation after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
