Made-to-order pieces aren’t refundable for change-of-mind. If fit isn’t right, request store credit within 14 days of delivery (unworn/unwashed, tags attached). Defective or wrong item? Message us within 7 days with photos and we’ll fix it right away

Are any purchases final sale?
Yep, a few select items (like clearance or special drops) will be final sale.
But don’t worry! we’ll mark those clearly before you check out.
When will I get my order?
Most of our pieces are made to order — that means we craft your fit just for you. 💅
Production takes about 3–5 business days, then it ships your way.
Standard shipping usually takes around 10 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the move.
