Processing Time:

  • Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7 business days.
  • Customized or personalized items may take an additional 10 days for processing.

Shipping Methods:

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method and destination. The average shipping time is 1-2 weeks depending on location. 

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.
  • You can view shipping rates during the checkout process before confirming your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 10 business days on average

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

Customs and Import Duties:

  • Duties and Taxes are included in your shipping unless wholesale order.
