Do your products run true to size?
Most pieces are true to size, but some are designed for oversized or bodycon fits. Always check the fit guide on each product page for the most accurate info.
Do you ship internationally?

When will I get my order?
Because we make almost everything to order, most items ship within 3 business days. Shipping time depends on the location and carrier.

Where are your products manufactured?
All Jane Dope products are made-to-order and hand-assembled by our partners in Canada and internationally. Our made-to-order model reduces waste and keeps your fashion fresh.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on standard orders.
Extra shipping is calculated based on your speed, location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Because we make items to order, returns will be processed as store credit. See our full return policy here.
How do I wash my Jane Dope pieces?
Most garments are machine-washable in cold water, but we always recommend checking the care label. When in doubt: wash cold, hang dry, stay dope.
Are you sustainable or eco-conscious?
Absolutely. Every piece is made only when you order it — which means no deadstock, no overproduction, and way less waste. We call it intentional AF fashion.
