The mesh styling edit
How to style sheer mesh without feeling overexposed
Sheer mesh. A very personal dress code.

The print is the reason you stopped scrolling. What goes underneath is what makes the outfit yours. A black bralette, a bodysuit, a slip: each gives the same mesh set a different amount of coverage. Start there, then bring the boots.
The base layer comes first
First choose your underlayer
The Permanent Marker, Black Widow and Blue Mazar sets are intentionally sheer, single-layer stretch mesh in 95% poly and 5% spandex. You can see through both pieces. The top and skirt are included; the underlayers and accessories are not.
Want a visible two-piece base? Try an opaque bralette and high-waisted briefs. Prefer coverage through the middle? Start with an opaque bodysuit. Want more coverage over your legs? Try fitted shorts or a slip underneath the skirt. Check the length and neckline against the mesh before heading out.
Try the whole outfit in daylight, then sit, bend and take a flash photo. Make sure your base layer covers what you want it to cover in motion, too.
The full print after dark
Permanent Marker + black bralette + high-waisted briefs + boots

Wear Permanent Marker together over a plain black bralette and high-waisted briefs. The colourful botanical artwork has plenty to say, so keep the rest simple: black boots, silver hoops and a jacket you already love.
The high neck and thumbhole cuffs give the top its shape. Let those details show. If you want more coverage through the body, swap the two-piece base for a bodysuit rather than piling another print underneath.
The dark set with a longer base
Black Widow + opaque slip + chunky boots + boxy jacket

Try Black Widow over an opaque, close-fitting slip that sits comfortably beneath both pieces. Choose its neckline and hem for the coverage you want; check that it does not bunch under the skirt. Add chunky boots and a boxy jacket for a little late-night record-store attitude.
Prefer separate layers? A plain camisole with a half-slip gives you more control over the two lengths. Keep both in the same colour if you want one continuous base beneath the botanical print.
The mesh top and baggy jeans

Denim.
Done.
Take the Blue Mazar top out on its own. An opaque camisole underneath, loose jeans and trainers make a good daytime starting point. The close-fitting mesh sleeves against roomy denim give the outfit that 90s B-girl proportion without much fuss.
Finish with a small shoulder bag and hoops. Leave the matching skirt for another day. Buying a set does not mean wearing the whole set every time.
The skirt and an old favourite tee
Permanent Marker skirt + shorts or half-slip + boxy tee

skirt.
New
mood.
Pull the Permanent Marker skirt over opaque fitted shorts or a half-slip, then add a boxy tee from your own wardrobe. Let the tee sit over the waistband, or tuck a small section if you want more of the print to show.
Trainers keep it casual; boots take it out later. The underlayer decides the coverage. Your oldest, softest tee gets a new reason to leave the house.
One more thing before you add to cart
Before you pick your size
Use the size chart on the exact product page, not the letter you usually buy. Read the chart notes to understand the measurements, and use the product-page Size Advisor or chat if you need help interpreting them. Stretch is not a substitute for checking the measurements.
Find your mesh match
Colourful Permanent Marker, dark botanical Black Widow or Blue Mazar. Pick the print you want to wear, then build the coverage around it. Good Herb. Your dress code.
